- Now select ‘Microsoft Exchange’ in the Windows Live Mail Export’ wizard and press on ‘Next’
- In the next dialog box, press on ‘Ok’
- In the ‘Choose Profile’ dialog box select Outlook from the available list and press on ‘Ok’
- Now select the folder that you want to convert and press on ‘Ok’. The folder and the files will be moved from Windows Live Mail to Outlook.
Export Apple Mail MBOX Files to Outlook PST by Following Manual Steps
Step 1. Import Apple Mail mailbox content in MBOX file:
- Install Apple Mail on your system
- Click File menu on the taskbar. Choose Import Mailboxes… in the options.
- Now, select Files in mbox format option and press on Continue to go to the next step.
- Browse the MBOX file location. Then, choose the MBOX file which you wish to export, and then press Choose.
- After that choose the items, you need to import, i.e. INBOX and Sent Messages. Press on Continue to move to the next step.
- After a successful accomplishment, click on Done.

Step 2. Import MBOX files to Eudora
- First rename the InboxMBOX file to InboxMBOX.mbx.

- Now launch the Eudora email client on your system. To complete the mailbox creation, double-click on the InboxMBOX.mbx file. Then close the Eudora application.
Step 3. Import Eudora to Outlook 2007
- Install MS Outlook on your system
- Click the File tab on the taskbar. Then click on Open and click Import.
- On Import or Export Wizard, select the option Import Internet Mail and Addresses in the list and click Next to continue the process.
- On Outlook Import Tool window, select Eudora amongst the list. The Import Mail and Import Address book boxes options are clicked by default. If you wish to move the email messages only, then click and uncheck the Import Address book box.
- On the Browse for Folder window, select the mail folder of Eudora app. Finally, click OK to start the process.
Within a few minutes, the conversion process will be completed. Now you can view the imported Apple Mail mailbox in MS Outlook email application.
Similarly, different email applications will have different manual method to import their emails in Outlook and can be carried out accordingly.
