Outlook Mac’s Out of Office features makes an auto-reply rule to notify others that you’re not available at the moment. Follow the instructions to activate the option.

#1- Run the Outlook for Mac program. Choose Mail at the bottom of the left navigation panel.

#2- Go to Tools, then pick Automatic Replies.

#3- Select the “(your account)” checkbox to enable automatic replies for your account.

#4- Navigate to the “Reply once to senders outside my organization” option now and take the needed automated reply you wish to send.

#5- To set the start and finish dates, click the “Send replies during this time period” checkbox and enter the necessary start and end times.

Important Note– When you check this box and enter the start and end dates and times, the out-of-office replies will be automatically disabled at the end of the specified period.
