View Exchange Migration Status

As the Exchange Migrator starts the Exchange migration process, it starts showing conversion status in blue color. You can check the Mailbox name, folder name, number of items converted, status etc. while the software is migrating Exchange mailboxes to your preferred output option.

Generates Log Report

Once the Exchange migration process finished by Exchange Migration Tool, it highlights the Save Report button. Click on this button to save the entire process log report in CSV file, which contains complete conversion status information like Exchange Mailbox Name, Output format, Number of Folders, Items converted, status, etc.

Exclude Deleted Folders

If you don't want to migrate your deleted email folders to the new server then you can easily do so using Exchange Migration Tool. Selecting the Exclude Deleted Emails Folder option of the software will escape all deleted mail folders of Exchange user mailboxes from getting transferred. Only the remaining folders will be migrated to the chosen output option.

Save Whole Hierarchy in a New Folder

By default, the Exchange Migrator maintains to keep the folder hierarchy of all Exchange mailboxes in accurate form. Additionally, users also get the privilege to save Whole Hierarchy in a new folder, where you need to provide the Folder Name in which you want to save entire Exchange mailbox data.

Option to Escape Empty Folders

If you don't want to move Empty folders of your Exchange mailbox, then you can even do that by selecting the Exclude Empty Folders option. The Exchange Migration Tool will then exclude all deleted folders of your Exchange account from being converted to another selected option.

Split Resultant File Accordingly

While saving Exchange mailboxes to PST, users also get the option of breaking their resultant files in equal smaller sizes in MB or GB. Just select the PST Split option, provide required details and the Exchange Migrator will automatically break them accordingly.

Save Data at Desired Location Locally

When migrating Exchange mailboxes, the Exchange Migrator provides an option to save the resultant file at a desired location. The saving location is set as Desktop by default, but you can change it by clicking on the Browse button and selecting your preferred location via Exchange Migration Tool.
