Working Steps for Knowing How to Export MailBird DB Files to Other File Format Which You Want

Step 1 Download & Launch the software

Download and Install the MailBird Converter Tool on your windows machine and launch it on your computer screen. When it is launched on your machine's screen, it will be shown as:

Step 2 Choose Options to Load MailBird File

Add Mailbird mailbox in software panel in two ways. The software provides a dual mode to upload Mailbird DB Files. Select "Convert Configured Mailbird Mailbox Data" or "Let me select my Mailbird Mailbox Data" option.

Step 3 View Selected MailBird Data Files

After loading files, the application will display all the uploaded Mailbird email folders in the user interface. Select the required folders which you need to converts.

Step 4 Now Choose Desires File Format

Now, new Window will appear with different options carrying sub options, continue the process as per requirement.

Step 5 For PDF Option –

If you select PDF option as export type, then the tool will give Advance PDF Saving options, File Naming Options, and Advanced Filters. So you can choose as per your requirement.

In Advanced PDF Options:-

  • Save All Emails in Single PDF

Saving Attachments Options:

  • Embed Attachments to PDF
  • Extract Attachments Separately
  • Convert Attachments to PDF Format
  • Append Attachments to PDF Format

Step 6 For, PST, MBOX, EML, EMLX, MSG, DOC, DOCX, XPS, MHT, HTML, & RTF Options –

If you select PST, MBOX, MSG, EML, EMLX, RTF, HTML, MHT, XPS or DOC/DOCX option as export type then the software will provides Advanced Filters and File Naming Options. So, you can select any File Naming option which fulfil your need.

Step 7 For Cloud Based Services

And if you are exporting to cloud based services or any server, you just need to enter the login credentials to connect to the respective options.

Step 8 Click on Convert Button to Start Process

After that click on Convert button to start the process and then the software will show conversion progress status during the process.

Step 9 After all this, Software show conversion results

Then the Software will complete the conversion process within few minutes and after completion, a message Window will appear showing "Conversion Completed Successful".

Step 10 View Complete Conversion TXT Report

After clicking on Save Report, the software will successfully create TXT file including complete migration details of PST files on your local system. So, you can view TXT Report in Note Pad.
