How to Export Maildir Data to Multiple Formats

Now, you can add the Maildir files for conversion with the following buttons: Select File >> Select File or Select Folder >> Open.

After adding the files, you can go to choose the folders for conversion from the left panel of the software screen. Then, collect brief view of any inserted emails by clicking on it. Additionally, opt Save Attachment option available under preview section to save Maildir email attachments.

Now, click on the Export option available on the top menu bar which opens a new Window of Export options for selecting the output formats to save Maildir files.

In this Export Option Window, you need to choose output format to save Maildir files. If you choose PST format then, the software provide PST split option and advance filtrations as mentioned in the screenshot:

If you choose PDF format to save Maildir files, then you can take the benefit of Apply Filter/Rules and advance options of PDF format. Also, choose different file naming options as an additional benefit.

In Advanced PDF Options:-

• Save separated PDF files for each Maildir files
• Save single PDF files for all Maildir files

Saving Attachments Options:

• Embed Attachments in PDF
• Save Attachments in Separate Folder
• Convert Attachments to PDF Format
• Add or Append Attachments in PDF files

If you choose MBOX format to save Maildir emails, then you can go to the filtrations to save selected files.

If you choose EML, EMLx, MSG, DOC, HTML, RTF, or MHT option to save Maildir data, then the software provide the common options of Apply Filter/Rules and different file naming options.

Interested users can go to the cloud options (Office 365, Gmail, G Suite, Outlook.com, and Exchange Server) in which they can avail advance filters and then add the correct login details of their cloud account. After that click to Export.

Follow the options: Apply Filter/Rules >> Set Filters. Now, the filter Window opens in which you can take the benefit of multiple filters like- email filters, date filers and attachment filters as shown below:

Now, ready to add the location path to save complete output database using Browse button. Then, click on the Export option.

An instant click on Export button will starts the live Maildir file conversion process on the software screen by showing a green status bar as mentioned below:

Finally, the Maildir conversion process is completed with the successful message appear on the screen i.e. Export Completed Successfully. Click OK to Finish it.

Note: When the process is finish, you can click on the Save Report button that can save the complete conversion report in Notepad at the desktop location.
