CubexSoft MBOX to Office 365 : Know How it Works!

Launch MBOX to Office 365 Software to save and upload MBOX emails to Office 365, Outlook Web App or Exchange Online account.

After launching, first screen of the software will be shown as -

Now, Click on Add File(s) or Add Folder option and load MBOX files

After loading MBOX mailbox files (.mbox, .mbs, .mbx, etc.), click on Next option to continue.

Choose With Impersonation option and fill the login ID and password of Office 365 admin account, and then click on Login button. After that fill different Login IDs of Office 365 which exist in the same admin account for each MBOX mailbox.

Choose Without Impersonation option and enter the login credentials (login ID and password) of separate Office 365 account. By selecting this option, you can fill Live.com, Outlook.com or Hotmail.com login details to save MBOX database in Office 365.

Now, if you want to move MBOX mailbox data of partiular date-range, then click on Apply Filter(s) >> Set Filter(s) option.

Now, enable Add Date Filters and set "From" and "To' date. After that click on Apply button.

After applying date-filters, click on Export to start the conversion from MBOX to Exchange Online account.

Once you click on Export button, the software will start the process.

Within a few minutes, the software will complete the conversion process with the "Conversion Completed" message. Now, click on Ok to finish the process.

After completing the process and clicking on OK button, the software will highligh the option of Save Report. So, click on Save Report button to create CSV file that includes complete conversion report like File name, Total Item, Item Count, Start Time and End Time of process, etc.

Now, you can view CSV Report of whole conversion from MBOX mailbox to Office 365 Webmail.
