STEP 1

Launch MSG Duplicate Remover to remove remover duplicate emails in MSG files and folders.

Type CubexSoft MSG Duplicate Remover on the Search bar appearing on Task Bar and then select CubexSoft MSG Duplicate Remover

Now add MSG files or folders on software panel using Select Files or Select Folders buttons.

Once you have selected MSG files/Folder, verify its location and click on Next.

The software will display the list of added MSG files, as shown below

The software displays two options to search MSG files for de-duplication, "Search Duplicate within the folder(s)" and "Search Duplicates across the folder(s)". Choose the required option as per your need.

The MSG Duplicate Remover software also provides advanced filters for duplicates removal process.

  • Date Range : Specify the required date range to remove duplicate MSG files, accordingly.
  • From : Fill the sender's email address from which you want to erase duplicate emails
  • To : Fill the receipent's email address from which you want to delete duplicate emails
  • Subject : Specify the subject phrase according to which you want remove duplicates from MSG files
  • Root Folder : Provide a folder name where you want to store the resultant files after deduplication processing.
  • Duplicate Copies : Choose this option if you don’t want to delete the duplicate files, but just collect and save them in a new folder.

Choose the appropriate filter option from the following options -

Choose the desired Path where you want to save the resultant files.

The software will now start the MSG duplicate removal process and displays its live progress status

After succesful completion, a new message window opens with the message "Process Completed Successfully".

After successful completion of the MSG dupliates elimination process, software will automatically open the Log Report in TXT file as shown below -

Once the process is done, you can view the resultant MSG files by navigating to the destination folder location
