How to Export Thunderbird Mailbox to Multiple Formats

First download First of all, download Thunderbird Export Tool and launch perfectly on your computer desktop. When it gets launched, the screenshot will be appeared as:

Here, you will get two options to load Thunderbird profiles : "Convert Default Configured Thunderbird Mailboxes" or "Let me select other Thunderbird Pofiles/mailboxes saved separately"

Now, you will get two options to load Thunderbird profiles manually, File Mode & Folder Mode. Select Thundberbird user profiles using any of the provided options and then, click on Next.

After selecting and adding Thunderbird mailboxes, software will show the preview of all selected Thunderbird emails. And then, hit on the Next.

Now choose the output option in which you need to export Thunderbird profiles or mailboxes. Then click on the Next.

After clicking on the Next the software provides sub-options under PST option. Now, enable the option of Apply Rules/Filters and click on the Set Filters if you want to export specified Thunderbird mailboxes to PST file. After then apply advance filters according to Date, From, To, CC, BCC, and Subject. Then click on the Apply. Now check the checkbox appearing next to Split PST option, to select the size in MB or GB after which the PST file will be splitted. Click on the Browse button for selecting saving location. After clicking on the Browse, select the destination location as per you wish. And then press on the Export to start the conversion. After that press on the Export to start the conversion.

Now, enable the option of Apply Rules/Filters and click on the Set Filters if you need to export specified Thunderbird mailboxes to PST file. After then apply advance filters according to Date, From, To, CC, BCC, and Subject. Then click on the Apply. After applying filters, click on the Browse button. Now select the destination path, where you want to save the resultant files. Then, hit on the Export to start the export Thunderbird to MBOX process.

For exporting Thunderbird database to MSG, select MSG from Select Output Type options. Click Next button to continue. Now, enable the option of Apply Rules/Filters and click on the Set Filters if you need to export specified Thunderbird mailboxes to PDF file. After then apply advance filters according to Date, From, To, CC, BCC, and Subject. Then click on the Apply. Now select File Naming Options as per you wish to save the resultant files. After choosing File Naming Convention, click on the Browse button. Now select the destination path, where you want to save the resultant files. Then, hit on the Export to start the export Thunderbird to MSG process.

For exporting Thunderbird database to EML, select EML from Select Output Type options. Click Next button to continue. Now, enable the option of Apply Rules/Filters and click on the Set Filters if you need to export specified Thunderbird mailboxes to EML file. After then apply advance filters according to Date, From, To, CC, BCC, and Subject. Then click on the Apply. Now select File Naming Options as per you wish to save the resultant files. After choosing File Naming Convention, click on the Browse button. Now select the destination path, where you want to save the resultant files. Then, hit on the Export to start the export Thunderbird to EML process.

For exporting Thunderbird database to PDF, select PDF from Select Output Type options. Click Next button to continue. Now, enable the option of Apply Rules/Filters and click on the Set Filters if you need to export specified Thunderbird mailboxes to PDF file. After then apply advance filters according to Date, From, To, CC, BCC, and Subject. Then click on the Apply. After then apply advance filters select the File Naming Option as per your choice. After selecting File Naming Conventions, click on the checkbox of the PDF Options and then hit on the Advance. Now choose Advance PDF options for saving PDF files accordingly after the process. Then, click on the Save. After selecting advance PDF options, click on the Browse button. Now select the destination path, where you want to save the resultant files. Then, hit on the Export to start the export Thunderbird to PDF process.

For exporting Thunderbird database to Office 365, select Office 365 from Select Output Type options. Click Next button to continue. Now, enable the option of Apply Rules/Filters and click on the Set Filters if you need to export specified Thunderbird mailboxes to Office 365 file. After then apply advance filters according to Date, From, To, CC, BCC, and Subject. Then click on the Apply. Then, provide the login details of your office 365 account.

Import Thunderbird Mailboxes to Office 365 with Administrator Option Enabled

Firstly, enter the login ID and password of your Office 365 admin account, and enable the Administrator Option. Then, click on the Next to continue. After clicking on the Next the software will authenticate the entered Email ID and password of your Office 365 admin account. After that, a new window will open after completing the authentication process. Now, enter the different Email ID of Office 365 account for every Thunderbird mailbox. Now, click on the Export to start the conversion of Thunderbird files to Office 365 with Administrator Option enabled.

Import Thunderbird Mailboxes to Office 365 with Administrator Option Disabled

Firstly, enter the login ID and password of your Office 365 account. Then click on the Export button to continue. Now the software will authenticate the entered Email ID and password of your Office 365 account.

For exporting Thunderbird database to Exchange Server, select Exchange Server from Select Output Type options. Click Next button to continue. Now, enable the option of Apply Rules/Filters and click on the Set Filters if you need to export specified Thunderbird mailboxes to Yahoo. After then apply advance filters according to Date, From, To, CC, BCC, and Subject. Then click on the Apply. Then, provide login details of your Exchange Server account and hit on the Export to start the export Thunderbird to Exchange Server process.

Import Thunderbird Mailboxes to Exchange Server with Administrator Option Enabled

Firstly, enter the login credentials of your Exchange admin account, and enable the Administrator Option. Then, click on the Next to continue. After clicking on the Next the software will authenticate the entered login details of your Exchange admin account. After that, a new window will open after completing the authentication process. Now, enter the different user ID of Exchange account for every Thunderbird mailbox. Now, click on the Export to start the conversion of Thunderbird files to Exchange Server with Administrator Option enabled.

Import Thunderbird Mailboxes to Office 365 with Administrator Option Disabled

Firstly, enter the login details of your Exchange account. Then click on the Export button to continue. Now the software will authenticate the entered credentials of your Exchange account.

For exporting Thunderbird database to Gmail, select Gmail from Select Output Type options. Click Next button to continue. Now, enable the option of Apply Rules/Filters and click on the Set Filters if you need to export specified Thunderbird mailboxes to Gmail. After then apply advance filters according to Date, From, To, CC, BCC, and Subject. Then click on the Apply. Then, provide login details of your G Suite account and hit on the Export to start the export Thunderbird to Gmail process.

For exporting Thunderbird database to G Suite, select G Suite from Select Output Type options. Click Next button to continue. Now, enable the option of Apply Rules/Filters and click on the Set Filters if you need to export specified Thunderbird mailboxes to G Suite. After then apply advance filters according to Date, From, To, CC, BCC, and Subject. Then click on the Apply. Then, provide login details of your G Suite account and hit on the Export to start the export Thunderbird to G Suite process. Now, the tool will authenticate the entered login credetils of G Suite account before starting the conversion process.

For exporting Thunderbird database to Hotmail, select Hotmail from Select Output Type options. Click Next button to continue. Now, enable the option of Apply Rules/Filters and click on the Set Filters if you need to export specified Thunderbird mailboxes to Hotmail. After then apply advance filters according to Date, From, To, CC, BCC, and Subject. Then click on the Apply. Then, provide login details of your Hotmail account and hit on the Export to start the export Thunderbird to Hotmail process.

For exporting Thunderbird database to Yahoo, select Yahoo from Select Output Type options. Click Next button to continue. Now, enable the option of Apply Rules/Filters and click on the Set Filters if you need to export specified Thunderbird mailboxes to Yahoo. After then apply advance filters according to Date, From, To, CC, BCC, and Subject. Then click on the Apply. Then, provide login details of your Yahoo account and hit on the Export to start the export Thunderbird to Yahoo process.

Apply advance filters according to Date, From, To, CC, BCC, and Subject. Then click on the Apply.

Now, hit on Browse option and choose saving path to save resultant files where you want.

Hit on the Export to start the export Thunderbird process. Now, the tool will start the conversion process of Thunderbird. The export process will open every detail about the conversion such as current file progress, item count, and status, file size, etc.

A new window will open showing the message of successful saving of conversion report. Click OK button to finally finish the process and exit the application. Navigate to the folder location of your resultant files and click on the .csv file to open and access the conversion report.
