STEP 1

Download and run Windows Live Mail Converter to Convert Live Mail mailbox to commonly used file type and different cloud server account.

Software will show two options – Convert Configured Windows Live Mail Profile and Convert Separately Saved Windows Live Mail Mailboxes

Choose Convert Configured Windows Live Mail Profile if you want to directly load files from WLM account. Before using the option, make sure that Live Mail is installed on the system. Moreover, if WLM is not installed, then option will remain disabled by the software.

Click on Select Folders or Select Files option to add WLM files manually. Once files are loaded, click Next.

Software will display list of folders/items in hierarchical form with checkboxes. If required, you can select the desired checkbox or select all checkboxes in order to perform selective WLM file conversion. When done, click Next.

The tool will now display multiple saving options to export Windows Live Mail mailboxes:

Technical File Types : PST, MBOX, EML, MSG, EMLx, MHT, HTML, XPS, RTF, TXT, DOC, DOCx, PDF, vCard

Email Client : Thunderbird, Entourage, Zimbra

Cloud Services : Office 365, Exchange Server, Hosted Exchange Server, Outlook.com, Gmail, G Suite, Yahoo -

Select the required file type as shown:

STEP 7

Set destination path if you have selected desktop file type to import Windows Live Mail mailbox.

In addition, if you have selected cloud-based account, then you just need to enter the login details of selected account and the tool will then perform direct conversion.

Select saving path when copying Live Mail database to desktop supported formats:

STEP 8

  • Date Range - User can specify date range to export emails of selected date.
  • TO, FROM Fields - User can provide to and from email addresses to save Live Mail emails.
