Recurrence Calendar is Now Supported

After performing conversion of Zimbra mailboxes to another output option, many users had complained about their calendar items not being converted properly. A few of them had disclosed that their calendars had many recurring events that were missing, when viewed in another application, after converting them.

More saving options

Apart from saving Zimbra to Office 365, Exchange Server, PST, PDF, MBOX, EML, MSG etc. now you can easily save your Zimbra emails and other items to additional file formats and cloud apps : DOC, DOCX, MHT, XPS, Windows Live Mail, Thunderbird, Outlook.com, Yahoo Mail and IMAP Server.

Support conversion from "Extracted TGZ Folders"

The software is now updated with amazing feature of enabling users to convert data from extracted TGZ files. It now has “Add Extracted folders” button, a very useful option for users who are having extracted TGZ folders and want to convert them to another output option/cloud service.

Now you don’t need to go anywhere else, as you getting multiple options of adding TGZ files, TGZ folders and Extracted Folders for conversion into another file format/cloud service, as you desire.

Save Report in TXT

The updated Zimbra Converter 20.0, now automatically generates conversion log report in Notepad window, which can be further saved in TXT format. Notepad is readily available in all Windows OS and doesn’t require any other software for viewing its contents. Whereas, viewing CSV files needs MS Office to be installed in Windows OS.

Automatically Opens Output File Location

After completion of the conversion process, software automatically opens the output location that you chose. It will save your time that would have wasted in locating the resultant file location.

PDF Page Settings

While saving Zimbra emails to PDF, the updated Zimbra Migration Tool provides PDF page settings option. It will enable you to customize the appearance of your emails in PDF format by setting margin, paper orientation.

You can also set Bates Numbers settings by inserting prefix and suffix values, start number and position, Current date and etc.

Extract attachments from emails in a separate folder

During conversion of Zimbra emails to MHT, HTML, XPS, TXT, DOC, DOCX and RTF file formats, you’ll now get the added advantage of extracting and saving attachments of emails in separate folder. After selecting any of these options, you just have to select the checkbox “Extract attachments from emails in a separate folder” and the software will then perform the conversion process, exactly as instructed.
